1 · Checkout
The checkout is built around the door, not the card: four fields, cash on delivery pre-selected, and the customer's phone captured before anything else.

Fake and impulse orders are the tax on COD. A confirmation step before dispatch — call, SMS or WhatsApp — is where most of it gets stopped.
3 · Dispatch
Pick the courier, print the label, done. The consignment number is saved on the order and sent to the customer automatically.

The courier's scans update the order; the customer gets a tracking link; you see every order's stage on one screen instead of three courier portals.
