Customise checkout fields
Make fields required, optional or hidden, and add your own.

Change a field

Open Settings → Checkout.

For each field, choose Required, Optional or Hidden.

Save, then preview the checkout on your phone.
Name and phone are always required — a COD order can't be delivered without them.
Add a custom field
Add a text field, dropdown or checkbox — for example a delivery time or a gift message — and mark it required or optional. The answer is saved on the order.
